2. To enter: This promotion begins at 9:00 am (ET) on Friday, April 3, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on Thursday, November 19, 2009 ("Entry Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter this promotion: The online method of entry: You may enter into the promotion during the Entry Period by going to www.AflacIronGirl.com and following the instructions to submit an online entry. The on-site method of entry: During the Entry Period, you may enter via the official method of entry provided at the Aflac booth on-site (either electronic or paper entry as determined by Sponsor) at participating Aflac Iron Girl events during the Entry Period. Your entry is deemed submitted upon receipt of your online or on-site submission. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Neither Aflac, Incorporated ("Sponsor"), Career Sports & Entertainment, Inc. ("CS&E"), World Triathlon Corporation, Inc.("WTC") nor any of their employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, marketing agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the online account by which their entry is made. In case of a dispute regarding identity of person submitting an online entry, the online entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail address at the time of entry. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Drawing: Winner will be determined in a random selection process to be conducted on or about Tuesday, November 24, 2009 by CS&E from all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm (ET) on Thursday, November 19, 2009. Sponsor and CS&E (collectively "Judges") decisions on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final. Winner will be contacted by phone or e-mail on or about Friday November 27, 2009.

Prize: Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive (i) a cash prize of $1,500; (ii) a Nintendo® Wii™ game console; (iii) Wii Sports™ and Wii Fit™ games; (iv) a Wii Fit™ ankle weight set; (v) a one-year subscription to the winner's choice of Lucky, InStyle®, Working Mother, Women's Health or SELF Magazine; and (vi) free entry to one Aflac Iron Girl Event in 2010 (ARV: $2,285). Second Prize: One (1) second prize winner will receive (i) a cash prize of $1,000; (ii) a Nintendo® Wii™ game console; (iii) a Wii Fit™ game; and (iv) a one-year subscription to the winner's choice of Lucky, InStyle®, Working Mother, Women's Health or SELF Magazine (ARV: $1,540). Third Prize: One (1) third prize winner will receive (i) a cash prize of $500; (ii) a Nintendo® Wii™ game console; (iii) a Wii Fit™ game; and (iv) a one-year subscription to the winner's choice of Lucky, InStyle®, Working Mother, Women's Health or SELF Magazine (ARV: $1,000). Hardware and equipment may be necessary in order for the winner to use said prize, and obtaining such additional hardware and equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses and incidentals not specified herein shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Affidavits of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance: Winner must sign and return any required Affidavits of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance forms and IRS-W9 forms within five (5) days of receipt. Non-compliance will result in disqualification, and Sponsor or CS&E may select an alternate winner. By entry into this promotion, winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except in TN or wherever else prohibited by law).
6. Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, CS&E, WTC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Income or other taxes on any prizes awarded are the responsibility of the winner.
7. General Conditions: If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from all eligible entries received up until the time of termination. Should the promotion be terminated, Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications network failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
